Spinning mill
The pre-yarn is twisted on the ring spinning machine to the desired fineness. The higher the fineness of the yarn, the more it has to be twisted. The rotation is performed by the interplay of spindle, traveller and yarn winding. When twisted, the yarn is wound on to a bobbin. Woolen yarn has in cmparison to worsted and wemi-worsted yarn the coarest count range. It has a very small amount of twist and the fibres in the yarn exhibit a markedly low level of parallelisation.Woolen yarn for the cloth and loden production is characterized by its bulky and soft character. Nevertheless, extrafine merino wool provides the production of very fine woolen yarns in our spinning mill.
After the spinning frame the yarn contains some inequalities which could cause an unproductively procedure in the weaving mill. Therefore the yarn has to be cleaned and spooled on the winding frame.
