Dyeing mill
When the washed raw material for our finest cloths and loden arrives from Australia, the company's production department gets to work on dyeing the wool; it then passes through all of the factory's different stages. The wool is dyed using special pigments. Pigment additives used at this stage ensure that the colouring is even and thorough, the colour depth and brilliance is as required and that there is the required colour fastness.
Once the wool has been dyed, it passes first to the spin dryer for dewatering and then to the drying range, which uses microwaves to achieve the desired humidity for wool fibres.
