Cloth loden

Loden with a smooth finish is known as cloth loden (Ger. = Tuchloden). Particularly when made from merino extra-fine wool, this cloth has a satiny sheen and can be used for traditional costumes, trousers, coats and jackets, and also for country- and sportswear.

To achieve the long-lasting smooth feel, all cloth loden is specially impregnated.

Cloth loden is available either in plain colours or in blends.
